A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Fresh Flower orders are non-refundable, we deliver to you directly, so we know it's fresh!!
- Custom shirts are non-refundable, we verify all graphics and sizes before we collect your payment.
- If hard good items (cups, handbags, trinkets, hoodies, etc. are damaged upon arrival) (won't be our fault, lol) you have 7 days to contact us and let us know.
- Once the item(s) are returned, you will be notified, and payment will be refunded to you.
- You can store a credit with us and use it toward a future purchase.
